We offer FREE NEXT DAY delivery on online orders over £55 (excl. VAT) placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday.
A delivery charge of £10.95 will be applied at the checkout to online orders under £55. There is no minimum order value on this website.
Next day delivery is applicable to UK mainland only, but excluding some parts of Scotland. Delivery date is carrier dependent and cannot be guaranteed. This is for delivery of products that are in stock, in our warehouse at the time of order. This does not apply to some large products orders and items, which we can deliver to you direct from our suppliers, or via pallet from Oska House.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery of large items is generally to the perimeter of your premises and excludes positioning and installation. Please call our Customer Service team for further details.

If you are an account customer that has a set delivery day we will deliver to you on your next standard delivery day, however, if you require your delivery next day delivery please inform us of this by using the comments box at the checkout stage.

Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis and the Company is under no obligation to accept goods for return unless goods prove to be faulty.
If goods are accepted for return this is subject to the Customer accepting the following procedure and conditions:

The Customer must notify the Company, within 3 working days of receipt of goods, their intention to request a product return.

Goods must be returned in their original condition or packaging and in a resalable condition. Any items which are not resalable will not be credited.

Goods will be collected by a courier authorised by the company.

Goods authorised and accepted by CLH Healthcare Group for credit or return will incur a reasonable collection charge.

No replacements are available while the goods are exchanged, replaced or repaired.

The Company is bound by the manufacturers’ terms and reserves the right to raise a reasonable restocking charge.
